Abstract

Aligned organizations of empowered, diverse learners are positioned to achieve shared objectives while responding to marketplace changes. Two models, the Integration Model & Annual Strategic Empowerment Tool, encourage systemic transformations. Using these models, engaged employees co-create and achieve strategic objectives through full integration with the annual performance management system.
