Abstract

The purpose of this proposed presentation is to explore the potential of autoethnography as an innovative teaching approach in graduate education to bridge personal experience with academic rigor and quality. By integrating autoethnography into graduate teaching approach, the authors of this presentation argue that instructors can foster critical self-reflection, promote ethical inquiry, and encourage students to situate their own life experiences within larger social, cultural, and academic contexts
